it's really not that complicated if it's a song. with these Heroes rones, I just edited the movie file (in avi format) in windows movie maker then saved it as wma (it was the only file format/extension allowed) then put it on itunes, which converted it from wma to m4u. Of course an easier way would be to use a file converter (which I also have, but didnt bother using). :)
